These students participate in an initiation and are invited to enter into our multi-week initiate program, culminating in an official ceremony inducting the initiate class into the Fraternity. After final interviews are conducted an initiate class is chosen, typically composed of 18-30 students. Recruitment consists of three rounds the first week, second week, and a final interview with the Chapter, between which PNMS will be contacted if they are invited back to another round.Īfter six nights of recruitment activities, invited PNMS will participate in a final interview to allow the Chapter a last chance to learn about their life, their passions, and their character. Potential new members (PNMS) will learn about our pillars and Chapter and engage with members in fun activities which allow the members and the PNMS to get to know each other. Past recruitment events include blanket-making for children in hospitals, game nights, trivia nights, and BYO dinners by the Oreo.
